IBGA EVENT - UPCOMING - Blind Golf Scotland (BGS)

ISPS HANDA BRITISH OPEN 2025

Macdonald Cardrona Golf Resort, Peebles, Scotland

6 - 10 July 2025

Blind Golf Scotland will be hosting the ISPA HANDA British Open from 6th - 10th July 2025

This 36 hole medal event will take place at Macdonald Cardrona Golf Resort, Peebles, Scotland. The hotel's spectacular location on the banks of the River Tweed makes it the ideal destination and at just 60 minutes from Edinburgh and 90 minutes from Glasgow airports, with direct flights from most European cities.

We would like to invite international and local players to apply for entry to the limited number of places available in this event.

Whilst there is no official category for B4 players, we are encouraging B4 players to enter and they will be able to play for the Medal net prize or enter the Stableford competition. Please note, if the entries are oversubscribed, then the B4 entrants will be balloted for available places.

The Course

The championship golf course rests in a very unique setting amongst the beautiful Borders Hills, skirted by the famous River Tweed.

World-renowned course architect Dave Thomas designed the Cardrona Hotel championship course, creating a challenging test of golfing skill for the expert golfer, but also remaining an enjoyable course for the recreational player.
